ALEXANDRA FATTA
Alexandra Fatta is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of TEAM PHIL of Nest Seekers International. She has a degree in international business and a background in sales, and she relies on each to guide her clients through the maze of New York City real estate.
Though she grew up in Long Island, Alexandra is well versed in everything the city has to offer. When she was younger she would take frequent trips into Manhattan with her family, and to this day she often stays with relatives in Brooklyn. Real estate was not something she really considered while working her way through college, but that all changed after her father transitioned into the industry. Through him she glimpsed just how quickly a deal could change day-to-day, and she became attracted to the idea of a job that would challenge her to come up with creative solutions to unique problems. She also loved that the industry offered seemingly endless possibilities to meet new and interesting people—whether they be buyers, sellers, developers, or anyone in between.
Since starting her new career, she has been more than satisfied with the breadth of opportunities there have been to test herself. She currently works with her father on new development projects in Brooklyn and Manhattan as well as resales all over the city. She has developed a newfound love for architecture and design, and she is excited about being part of a continually evolving industry.
In her free time, Alexandra can likely be found nose-deep in a sci-fi/fantasy or mystery novel, or following a generations-old Italian family recipes. She is also addicted to traveling and experiencing new cultures, and thus she takes every opportunity she can to explore the world.
